Heart and circulation supplements range from well-labeled single ingredients to formulas with drug-like claims. Some of them, such as red yeast rice and nattokinase, interact with common heart medications, so a precise label matters for safety as well as value.
We ranked hawthorn, nattokinase, plant sterols, red yeast rice, arjuna and other heart and circulation formulas sold on iHerb by label quality. Fish oil and CoQ10 have their own rankings.

The Top 10 admits only products scoring 60 or higher; among those, products with a verified retail listing are shown first so the list is one you can act on. No brand can pay to be included or moved up.
